• A Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking up to 15 days before the date of Check-In (before 1 PM).
• A Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking up to 7 days before the date of Check-In (before 1 PM)
• If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, he/she is entitled to no refund.
• If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund.
• Bookings for High Demand Weekends, festival breaks, December 23 rd to Jan 2 nd are non Refundable .

Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy:

• Our standard check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
• We’d be happy to offer you a complimentary early check-in by 12 noon, provided there’s no booking at the villa for the previous night.
• Please confirm with us a day prior to the check-in.
• In case you wish to avail an earlier check-in (earliest possible is 9:00 am), charges are applicable. The rate is 20% of the tariff for that night.
• We’d be happy to offer a complimentary late check-out by 11:00 am if there’s no booking at the villa on the day of your checkout.
• However, we can only let you know by 8 am on your checkout date as we do accept instant and last-minute bookings.
• It is at the discretion of DejaVu Luxe Villa, whether it is possible to offer early check-in or late check-out.

Processing Refunds

• In case of any refunds that DejaVu Luxe Villa owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days.
• A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for processing refunds by DejaVu Luxe Villa. This is levied to cover a minimal processing charge.
