For Payment
Once Guests have chosen their dates and booking has been accepted, they do the payment online. Guests can also deposit the cash in our bank account directly. We also offer other options like PayTM, NEFT/IMPS or UPI.
The Indian currency which is the Indian Rupee (INR). Foreign cards will be charged in INR as well as the refunds processed. Rates indicated on our site in is Indian Rupees. All prices/charges/transactions will be processed in INR only.
Payment for meals may be chargeable on-site, depending on the meal plan for the home that has
been booked. The tariff mentioned at the time of booking are inclusive of all taxes, In case Supplies needed by guests from the local area which will be handled by our caretaker, the transportation charges will be applicable depending on the distance and vehicle used.
The amount of security deposit is decided by Deja Vu Luxe Villa and varies on Villa / Home Stay booked. A Villa / Home Stay with more amenities will have a higher security deposit. You can check the security deposit amount on the listing page. The amount for the security deposit is to be paid at the time of booking.
Booking
Booking is a simple three-step process.
Step 1:
The first step towards booking your accommodation is to search for a listing that satisfies all your
preferences.
Step 2:
The next step would be to send a booking request to the email ID provided
Step 3:
Once your booking request has been accepted, you will get a notification on email to do the payment.

- Guests are requested kindly cooperate and follow basic regulations during the stay aim is to ensure a peaceful and safe stay.

In both cases , you are notified via email. If your booking request is accepted, details of Caretaker such as first name, last name, phone number, email id, house rules, address and directions are shared with you.
