Our Home Stay is a a quaint place for family outing for day trip or Vacation long term . Has a all the facility and amenities for families , friends to coup up together and enjoy the lush green rain soaked mountains or the chilly winters.
This 3 bedroom home stay , can accommodate upto 8 guests . It will well equipped for self cooking.
Upper 1 st floor balcony overlooking the gardens and the backyard with the swing is a pleasant view through the day. With self contained Bathrooms and ample parking for 3 cars this is a quick getaway for families to enjoy.

- Given the increased need for safety, hygiene and sanitization required at the Home Stay , and for the safety of our guests and staff we request guests to kindly follow the time for check-ins & check-outs.

- The property is closer to town center . Our guests love to spend time lounging in the sun on the lawns , and walk around the vicinity.

- The home is in a semi urban area of Maharashtra, powered by MSEB.
- Since the home is surrounded by nature, there might be a possibility of sighting unwanted guests from the animal kingdom. Guests are advised to close windows and doors before dark.
Cancellation Policy
- Standard
- Bookings with check-ins and/or stay from 23rd December 2020 until 2 January 2021 (both dates included) will be non-refundable. No date changes will be allowed for these bookings.

Accommodation
Yes, the home has a lawn area.
Please note that the maximum capacity for an overnight stay is 6 guests.
During the day, guests will be allowed to use the washrooms and other amenities at the villa. The home is also stocked with indoor games.
Others
Yes, we do allow unmarried couples.
They should both be adults and should have with them government-approved Photo IDs (that clearly show their residential address) at the time of Check-in.
Home Owner’s approval needed.
Meals can be arranged at an additional cost (per person, per day).
Please note that a maximum of 6 people can be accommodated in the villa for an overnight stay. Access to the pool will be subject to the home owner’s approval.
Depending on the event and its requirements, a refundable deposit and additional charges may be applied.
Payments
A. Guest is entitled to a refund of 75% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking up to 15 days before the date of Check-In (before 1 PM).
B. Guest is entitled to a refund of 50% if he/she cancels the confirmed booking up to 7 days before the Date of Check-In (before 1 PM)
If the Guest cancels within 7 days of the Date of Check-In, they are entitled to no refund.
We request guests to pay 100% of the payment before check-in.
Once you have chosen your dates and your booking has been accepted, you will receive a payment link where the payment can be processed.
In case you’re unable to make an online payment through the link, you could also deposit the cash in our bank account directly.
We also offer other options like PayTM, NEFT/IMPS or UPI.
PayTM or Cash in the case are special requirements to bring in supply directly from Local Markets
Security deposit is to be paid two days prior to check-in
.If no damages are observed, the deposit will be returned during check-out itself or by NEFT within 5 business days after check-out
Food and Beverages
Home-cooked meals using freshly sourced local ingredients can be availed at an additional charge. Please make an online payment for all meals.
Fish and mutton preparations (subject to availability) will be at an additional cost, payable at actuals.
We offer simple home-cooked Maharashtrian and Indian meals.
There is a standard menu available.
You can inform the caretaker in advance about your meal preferences (veg/non-veg), specific dietary requirements, etc.
Things to do
Backyard has a lawn to relax, meditate, for yoga or just laze around and play board games or gupshup.
If you wish to explore, the home is located close to the Bushi Dam, Central Market, nearby.
House Rules
Smoking is allowed within the smoking zones and not allowed inside the Living room, Bedrooms, bathrooms, jacuzzi, sauna / Steam room, meditation cave.
Consumption of alcohol within as per permitted zones, guests are requested to maintain civility considering there are other Villas next doors
Check-in time at 1 pm and check-out time are 10 am.
Please note that check-out timings are followed as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking.
Guests are requested to respect the timing of other guests as well. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking.
Additional charges will be applied.
Yes, we do have a first-aid kid on site, stocked with Dettol, band-aids and over-the-counter medicines like Metacin, Crocin etc.
As per the current pandemic requirements, kindly do carry your personal masks, gloves, face shield in case you need extra precaution.
Currently, these stocks are not readily available at the Villa.
The villa is well lit up. There is enough lighting even in the surrounding areas.
